We booked a party bus for a night out, the price was the best around and the driver ensured we had a fun and safe night. The bus was amazing and had more to offer than some of the cheap ones we have rented in the past. Defiantly give them a call for your next event. I rented a limo with these guys and from the first time I walked in it was a simple fun process, they worked with me on price and decorated with balloons and a banner for my birthday. Their customer service actually has improved big time. The driver actually had flowers placed inside the limo since it was my birthday!! These little things go a long way. My wife and I recently booked Luxury Limousine for our wedding in Southfield. I booked before reading the reviews (like a typical male). Some of the reviews were extremely harsh and did not put me at ease leading up to our big day. But our experience was amazing, flawless really. We rented out the black H2 for our wedding party. The driver was professional, fun and most importantly on time. Also the vehicle was is great shape and road really well. I was able to deal with the owner Sam directly while booking and he gave us a great rate. I would definitely recommend Luxury Limo to friends and I wouldn't pay attention to the negative reviews online. I don't know how accurate they really could be after my experience.

We had our wedding in September of 2012 with luxury and it was the best. We had the hummer limo. They got their on time and take us to four different places. They were friendly and nice to talk to on the phone. I have booked with the many times after that, we went to the Rihanna and Eminem concert and we went to the Tigers game And had a blast.

This is such an ugly business (Limousine services) where people lie to you, charge you exorbitant amounts, provide terrible products, or terrible service - usually a combination of all four! Luxury Limousine IS DIFFERENT!!! This was a night that couldn't go wrong. It was “the” night - proposal night...on The 4th of July! I researched for days on a good limo service. I called up everyone...cheap guys to super expensive guys. The super expensive guys that got great reviews on yelp said that anyone cheaper couldn't provide the service...The cheap guys said that "there are always some people that give bad reviews"...I stayed clear of them... From the beginning, Sam (the owner) was honest on the phone; extremely polite and professional (trust me, you'd think they all are...you'd be wrong). He had a very fair quote (not the cheapest, but FAR from the most expensive). He never went back on her quote or added any hidden fees. He even went far enough to hold the quote for me for a couple days. The car arrived at the restaurant ahead of time. It was very well taken care of and very clean inside. Champagne glasses, etc. were ready to be used! Our driver for the night was AMAZING! He went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. We asked a lot of him and the service and there wasn't a single complain, dirty look, or grumble. Always opened the doors with a huge smile on his face. He genuinely cared about us having a good time and nothing else. When I got the bill, it was exactly what I had been quoted, to the cent...even though we went over by a few minutes. I gotta say, I'm very impressed by the way Luxury Limousine took care of us on this special night. You always know that these special events are more important to you than anyone else... Our driver and the rest of Luxury Limousine made it seem like it was just as important to them. I will definitely use Luxury Limousine for all of my future needs. Thanks a million!

Our last time was concert night out, The BMW Limo was clean, the driver (Darryl) was curtious, dressed in a gray tuxedo, in fact my wife and her girlfriends who uisng the limo invited him to breakfast with on the return leg of the trip. Previously we rented the companies white Hummer, and the pink and white Escalades and hve always ound then clean in good repair, the drivers always curtious and well dressed.

I'm always hesitant to use a new service but I was somewhat in a pinch last week. I needed a quick ride to the airport and I also set up my pick-up as well. For my initial pick up the driver called me 15 min in advance to reassure me that he was in route and to confirm my pick-up location. He was very professional and was right on time. The driver gave me his direct cell phone number to contact him on my return trip the next day. Again once I landed he was waiting there for me. The vehicle was very nice and my experience was smooth. They EARNED my business last week and will continue to use them.
